Planning success for Millfield End!!

On Monday 14th September Bedford Borough Council Planning Committee voted unanimously in favour of our Millfield End scheme at Great Barford in Bedfordshire. The scheme will deliver 500 much needed new homes set within 22 hectares of public open space along with s106 contributions towards the new medical centre and education.

Millfield End has been a truly collaborative effort working with the Great Barford Neighbourhood Plan team following the sites allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan. The scheme was highly commended by the Bedford Borough Planning Chair for being a development with full community support that will bring much needed improvements to local infrastructure. A big thank you to the entire team in achieving this important milestone.
